The Mehari Douz Douz hotel is located on the outskirts of town, offering a unique experience for those looking to stay in a lesser visited area. the hotel is literally on the edge of the desert, providing a breathtaking view and giving guests the opportunity to explore the beautiful landscape. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a decent bathroom. the hotel also offers a thermal pool, perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day of exploring. the hotel provides a variety of food options for breakfast, ensuring guests start their day off right.
The staff at the hotel can be overly eager and pushy when it comes to showing guests to their rooms, expecting a tip in return for a service that is not necessarily needed.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise during my trip. the first thing that I liked was the location, it was perfect, near a busy road but still in a quiet and peaceful area. the second fact that I liked was the buffet. the food was great and just what I needed after a long day of sightseeing. the staff made sure to keep the buffet replenished. Finally, the best aspect for me was the pool. It was clean and refreshing, just what I needed after a day of exploring.
the room was a bit small and the decor could have been updated.
